Inventive Medical Ltd is the innovative company behind Heartworks, an innovative virtual heart model and mannequin TEE simulator. The real-time 3D computer simulator was developed by three cardiothoracic anaesthesiologists from the Heart Hospital in London, UK, in conjunction with award winning computer graphics firm Glassworks. The anatomical accuracy and surface rendering of this computer generated beating heart are superlative; the simulated TEE procedure extraordinarily realistic.
